No. Signs and Symptoms of Infection depend upon causative organism, and general, system involve, or local body part involvement.

Infectious Disease doctor, also known as Infectious Disease Consultant and ID Specialist, treats acute, subacute, and chronic infections with antibiotics caused by varied causative agents.

5. IS THERE ANY AGE LIMITATION FOR CONSULTATION IN YOUR OFFICE?

Yes. Patients above 18 to 64 years old. Above 64 years old only by prior authorization.

6. DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAL INSURANCE?

No. It is only cash basis practice. New patient $300 and follow up $150 payable before services rendered. Home Visits only by prior arrangement and authorization for only $500 per visit.

7. DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?

No. We only accept credit card, bank account transfer, and or Zelle payments prior to visit.

8. HOW CAN I GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS?

After in-person or telemedicine visit, patients can see, download, or print visit summary and superbill from Patient Portal.

9. WILL I GET PAPER PRESCRIPTION SLIPS?

No. Antibiotics Prescriptions electronically sent to the pharmacy of choice.

10. HOW CAN I GET MY LAB WORK DONE?

Find and visit your nearest lab for lab work. Labs requisitions ordered electronically go to LabCorp and or Quest Diagnostic labs.

11. HOW CAN I GET MY RADIOLOGY WORK DONE?

Radiology requisitions can be downloaded and printed from Patient Portal. Visit specified radiology suite for investigations.

12. WHERE CAN I GET FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING MY DIAGNOSED INFECTION?
